Pacer ETFs Launches Two Autocallable ETFs in Partnership With Metaurus Advisors
Pacer and Metaurus extend their collaboration with two Nasdaq-listed autocallable ETFs targeting monthly income via laddered structured portfolios.
New funds seek to provide monthly income through laddered exposure to autocallable strategies.
The new funds, the Pacer Metaurus High Income Autocallable ETF (ACBH) and the Pacer Metaurus Enhanced Core Income Autocallable ETF (ACBE), will begin trading on Nasdaq on September 10, and seek to generate monthly income and provide reduced downside risk through exposure to diversified, laddered portfolios of autocallables.
Both funds gain exposure to an index designed to reflect the performance of a theoretical portfolio of autocallables with staggered entry points. Each autocallable is linked to the Metaurus US Large Cap VolPath℠ Index. The laddered structure is designed to diversify market entry points, reduce timing risk associated with a single autocallable investment, and support more consistent income generation over time.

“The outcome of a single autocallable can depend heavily on its terms and when an investor enters the market,” said Sean O’Hara, President at Pacer ETF Distributors. “By bringing these strategies into an ETF, we’re giving investors a more accessible way to pursue the income potential of autocallables while reducing reliance on a single entry point. Expanding on our successful partnership with Metaurus, we saw an opportunity to make this type of strategy available to a broader range of investors.”
The launch builds on Pacer and Metaurus’ work together on the Pacer Metaurus US Large Cap Dividend Multiplier 400 ETF (QDPL) and the Pacer Metaurus Nasdaq-100 Dividend Multiplier 600 ETF (QSIX). QDPL seeks to provide four times the dividend yield of the S&P 500, while QSIX seeks to provide six times the ordinary dividend yield of the Nasdaq-100. ACBH and ACBE broaden the partnership beyond dividend-multiplier strategies, providing investors and advisors with another approach to generating portfolio income.
“We are very excited to expand our partnership with Pacer into the autocallable space,” said Rick Silva, Chief Investment Officer at Metaurus Advisors. “This launch builds on more than five years of collaboration, combining Metaurus’ structuring and derivatives expertise with Pacer’s powerful distribution platform, and reflects our shared commitment to delivering innovative and differentiated investment solutions to a broad range of investors.”
