Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner focused on mid-market companies. Accenture (NYSE:ACN), UniCredit and IBM have entered a long-term strategic collaboration to build a next-generation banking technology platform supporting UniCredit’s growth across 13 European markets. The parties will design a new operating model that combines mission-critical resilience with cloud, data and artificial intelligence to enable continuous innovation.
As part of the agreement, Accenture will acquire from IBM the majority stake in the joint venture that currently manages a significant portion of UniCredit’s technology infrastructure.
