Jianpu Technology (AIJTY) will trade ex-dividend on October 20, 2026 for its previously declared special cash dividend.

FINRA set October 20, 2026 as the ex-dividend date because the cash dividend of US$0.02495 per ordinary share, or US$0.499 per ADS, exceeds 25% of Jianpu’s ADS price. The dividend is expected to be paid on October 19, 2026, with the ex-dividend date falling on the first business day after that payment date.

Due-bill procedures will apply, meaning obligations related to the dividend are settled between brokers for buyers and sellers of the ADSs, and Jianpu has no responsibility for the due-bill amounts or processing. The company advises investors trading its ADSs to consult their brokers about the impact of these due-bill procedures.
