It includes the Meeting agenda, the draft resolutions that the Board of Directors will submit to the vote of Shareholders, and main modalities for attending, voting and exercising Shareholders rights.
The preliminary notice of Meeting can be viewed on the Group’s website in the Investors section www.airliquide.com. All the information concerning the General Meeting is also available on this website.
The General Meeting will provide the opportunity to present the Group’s strategy and its development prospects as well as to participate in the corporate life. All Shareholders are invited to vote either by attending the General Meeting in person or by proxy, or by voting by correspondence, or on line.
