Key Terms

carrier aggregation technical
Carrier aggregation is a wireless network technique that combines two or more separate frequency bands (radio channels) so a mobile device can send and receive more data at once, boosting speed and capacity. For investors, it affects how well a carrier can serve customers and use its spectrum, influencing customer experience, network costs, device compatibility, and potential revenue—think of it as opening extra lanes on a highway to reduce traffic and carry more goods.
at-the-market program financial
An at-the-market program is a way for a company to sell new shares of its stock gradually over time directly into the stock market, rather than all at once. This approach allows the company to raise money as needed while giving investors the opportunity to buy shares at current market prices. It helps manage the timing and price of new stock offerings, providing flexibility for both the company and investors.
restricted stock units financial
Restricted stock units are a type of company reward where employees are promised shares of stock, but they only fully own these shares after meeting certain conditions, like staying with the company for a set time. They matter because they can become valuable assets and are often used to motivate employees to help the company succeed.
Rule 10b5-1 regulatory
Rule 10b5-1 is a regulation that allows company insiders to buy or sell their shares at predetermined times, even if they have access to non-public information. It acts like setting a schedule in advance for transactions, helping prevent accusations of unfair trading. This rule provides a way for insiders to plan trades transparently, giving investors confidence that these transactions are not based on hidden information.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG), a leading provider of advanced wireless connectivity solutions, today announced the signing of a commercial partnership agreement with a U.S. based telecom systems integrator to support the rollout of Airgain’s Lighthouse™ Smart 5G NCR across enterprise and markets nationwide.

This agreement represents a key step in Airgain’s Lighthouse product launch strategy, establishing a foundational systems integration partner to drive early commercial deployments, validate scale, and accelerate time-to-revenue in the U.S. market. The integrator brings an active pipeline of more than 2,000 qualified enterprise and commercial sites across multiple verticals, providing Airgain with immediate market access as Lighthouse moves from successful trials into full commercial availability.

Lighthouse™ Smart 5G NCR is a compact, network-controlled repeater designed to deliver high-performance 5G coverage across both indoor and outdoor environments without the need for fiber backhaul. By integrating a smart antenna, active interference cancellation, carrier aggregation, and dual-operator configurations, Lighthouse enables faster, more cost-effective deployment of robust 5G coverage at scale. Lighthouse is particularly well suited for upgrading existing 4G Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployments to 5G, allowing enterprises to extend next-generation coverage leveraging existing infrastructure while significantly reducing deployment complexity, accelerating time-to-service, and lowering the total cost of ownership, compared to traditional solutions.

“With Lighthouse, we’re delivering a fundamentally better way for enterprises to extend 5G coverage indoors and outdoors—without ripping and replacing existing infrastructure,” said Brian Makarowski, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Airgain. “This partnership represents the first of several system integrator relationships we are establishing to support the Lighthouse commercial launch. By building a solid foundation of experienced integrators with active deployment pipelines, we’re scaling Lighthouse in a disciplined way that accelerates adoption and shortens time-to-value for customers.”

The partnership reinforces Airgain’s go-to-market strategy for Lighthouse, which prioritizes collaboration with experienced systems integrators capable of delivering end-to-end design and deployment services. By aligning with integrators that already support enterprise, public-sector, and commercial real estate customers, Airgain is accelerating adoption of a practical, cost-effective 5G upgrade path in environments where reliable wireless connectivity is increasingly mission critical.
