DENVER, April 12, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) ("Antero Midstream") today announced that the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share for the first quarter of 2023. In addition, Antero Midstream announced plans to issue their first quarter 2023 earnings on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

First Quarter 2023 Return of Capital

The Board of Directors of Antero Midstream declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share for the first quarter of 2023, or $0.90 per share on an annualized basis.
