Antero Midstream Announces Fourth Quarter 2020 Return of Capital and Earnings Release Date and Conference Call

DENVER, Jan. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) ("Antero Midstream") today announced that the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream declared a cash dividend of $0.3075 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020. In addition, Antero Midstream announced plans to issue their fourth quarter 2020 earnings on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Fourth Quarter 2020 Return of Capital

Antero Midstream's fourth quarter 2020 dividend is unchanged as compared to the third quarter of 2020. The dividend will be payable on February 11, 2021 to stockholders of record as of February 3, 2021.  This represents the 24^th consecutive quarterly dividend or distribution paid since Antero Midstream Partners LP's initial public offering in November 2014. Antero Midstream did not repurchase any common shares during the fourth quarter of 2020. Antero Midstream had approximately $150 million of remaining share repurchase capacity under its $300 million authorized share repurchase program as of December 31, 2020.

Antero Midstream plans to issue its fourth quarter 2020 earnings on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
