In addition, Antero Midstream announced plans to issue their third quarter 2023 earnings on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Board of Directors of Antero Midstream declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share for the third quarter of 2023, or $0.90 per share on an annualized basis.
