ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Company’s Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2024, to be paid on or about May 17, 2024.
