Amazon Web Services (AMZN) is the new Official Cloud Provider of the DP World Tour, starting integration from 2026 to deliver AI-powered media, spectator and operational services.

The partnership will deploy AWS Media Services, Amazon Bedrock and Quick Suite to enable generative-AI highlights, real-time translations, an AI Media Asset Management system, a second-generation “Virtual Twin” processing over 1 million data points per tournament, and agentic operational intelligence for marshal deployment, concessions and venue occupancy.

It also launches “Green Drive Live,” a sustainability data platform tied to the Tour’s net-zero by 2040 goal and cites remote production reductions of about 87 tonnes of carbon per tournament since 2024.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced its Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday deal events running Nov 20, 2025 12:01 a.m. PST through Dec 1, 2025, offering millions of deals across home, electronics, beauty, toys, kitchen, fashion, and grocery.

Highlights include up to 55% off on select home products, up to 50% off on select electronics and beauty, a 15‑hour Prime Video live sports broadcast on Black Friday, and Amazon Haul’s two‑day global sale on Nov 10–11 with deals as low as $0.11. IMDb (AMZN) added 12 new professional credit categories to IMDb and IMDbPro name and title pages to raise visibility for production professionals. New categories: Choreography; Color Department; Craft Services; Health and Safety Department; Intimacy Coordination; Legal; Production Department; Production Finance and Accounting; Property Department; Publicity; Puppetry; Voice Actor - Dubbing.

IMDb now accepts dubbing credits in English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish; total professional credit categories increased to 45. Existing credits will be migrated by Nov 9, 2025 11:59PM PST. Updates follow consultation with industry groups and expand IMDbPro discoverability options and the nearly 500 profession selections for IMDbPro Premium members.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) expanded Amazon One Medical Pay-per-visit on October 16, 2025 to serve children ages 2–11 for select common conditions. The service offers message visits from $29 and video consultations from $49, with no insurance, Prime, or One Medical membership required.

Covered care includes pink eye, head lice, over ten skin conditions (eczema, contact dermatitis, fungal rashes, etc.) and EpiPen and asthma medication renewals. Visits include a personalized treatment plan and prescriptions that can be filled via Amazon Pharmacy or other pharmacies.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) says JLab Electronics saw measurable DTC gains after enabling Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Reported results include a 37% increase in average order value for Buy with Prime orders versus standard DTC orders, and a 55% lift in website conversion in the first month after adding real-time delivery badges driven by Amazon MCF. JLab reports an average delivery time of about 1.5 days using MCF versus a 5-day electronics category average. Amazon also cites merchant-level metrics: 19% lower out-of-stock rates and 12% improved inventory turnover for merchants using MCF and FBA together.

Amazon Pharmacy (NASDAQ: AMZN) will launch Amazon Pharmacy Kiosks at select One Medical offices in the greater Los Angeles area beginning December 2025 (Downtown LA, West LA, Beverly Hills, Long Beach, West Hollywood).

The kiosks let patients pick up prescriptions within minutes of a medical appointment, pay via the Amazon app with upfront cost estimates, and access a licensed Amazon pharmacist by secure video or phone. Each kiosk is stocked with a curated inventory based on the prescribing patterns of its One Medical office. Expansion to additional One Medical offices and other locations will follow.

Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and the NBA have announced a significant multi-year partnership establishing AWS as the Official Cloud and Cloud AI Partner of the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, Basketball Africa League, and NBA Take-Two Media.

The partnership introduces NBA Inside the Game powered by AWS, a revolutionary basketball intelligence platform that will process billions of data points to deliver interactive experiences and insights. The platform features three key AI-powered advanced stats: Defensive Box Score for measuring defensive contributions, Shot Difficulty for analyzing shot attempts, and Gravity for quantifying player impact without the ball.

Additionally, the partnership includes the development of Play Finder, an AI-powered technology for analyzing player movements, and enhanced global fan engagement through the NBA App, NBA.com, and NBA League Pass. This collaboration aligns with Amazon's existing 11-year media rights agreement for NBA games on Prime Video.
