Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

The 12-month AQUAE agreement provides service fees and 20% of ALCI Credits issued and outstanding. The 12-month Flash Sports & Media agreement provides FLZH common shares and 20% of FLASH TOKEN's total supply. The two-year BlockAssure agreement provides quarterly development fees and 20% of AssureCoin's total supply.

Separately, Apimeds disclosed that its fiscal 2025 audit report expressed substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The disclosure does not change or amend its fiscal 2025 filings.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

5 terms
data oracle technical
"a data oracle allows parametric claims to trigger automatically"
A data oracle is a service or system that supplies external, real‑world information to an automated digital process that cannot directly access outside data — for example a smart contract, an algorithmic trading program, or a decision engine. It works by fetching, formatting and delivering specific data points (price feeds, weather readings, economic indicators, etc.) from external sources and presenting them through an interface or API; in blockchain contexts oracles may aggregate multiple sources and use cryptographic proofs to reduce single‑source trust. A key limitation is that the oracle itself becomes the bridge between the external world and the automated system, so its accuracy, timeliness and trustworthiness (and whether it is centralized or decentralized) directly affect the reliability of any decisions that depend on its data.
parametric claims technical
"allows parametric claims to trigger automatically when pre-agreed thresholds are met"
Payments made under a parametric insurance contract that are triggered when a pre-agreed, measurable parameter (such as hurricane wind speed, earthquake magnitude, rainfall amount, or an index value) crosses a defined threshold; the payout is calculated by a preset formula tied to that parameter rather than by assessing the policyholder’s actual economic loss. Because the trigger and payment are objective and formulaic, parametric claims are typically faster to settle and avoid loss adjustment, but they can produce a mismatch between the payout and the insured’s real damages (known as basis risk).
validator nodes technical
"operates the validator nodes and provides ongoing technical support"
Validator nodes are computers that participate in a blockchain or distributed ledger by checking and approving transactions or blocks according to that network’s rules. They matter to investors because the number, distribution, and behavior of validators affect a network’s security, how quickly transactions are settled, and whether changes to the protocol can be made—similar to how referees enforce rules and keep a game fair and running smoothly.
subnet technical
"a dedicated MindChain subnet that authenticates digital match tickets"
A subnet (short for subnetwork) is a smaller, separate segment of a larger computer network created by dividing an address space so groups of devices share a common routing prefix. Think of it like dividing a large apartment building into separate floors so residents on one floor can be managed and secured separately from others. For investors, subnets matter because they affect how companies manage traffic, performance, security, and regulatory data isolation in their IT systems.
going concern financial
"there is substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern"
Going concern is the accounting assumption that a company will keep operating and meeting its obligations for the foreseeable future. The phrase matters most when a company or its auditors disclose substantial doubt about it, a formal warning that the business may not have enough resources to continue without raising money, restructuring, or selling assets. That language in a filing or press release signals elevated financial risk.

Agreements with AQUAE, Flash Sports & Media and BlockAssure share one model: MindWave builds and operates each network and receives an allocation of 20% of its credits or tokens

MATAWAN, N.J., Oct. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via IBN – MindWave Innovations Inc. USA ("MindWave"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. (NYSE American: APUS), signed three agreements between Sept. 24 and Oct. 4, 2026, to build and operate dedicated blockchain networks for clients in climate finance, sports media and insurance, all running on MindChain.

The three agreements follow the same model. MindWave builds and runs a dedicated network for each client on MindChain and is compensated through contracted fees or equity, together with an allocation equal to 20% of the credits or tokens issued on that client's network. Two of the three clients are U.S. companies, expanding MindWave's U.S. commercial footprint.

"In 10 days we signed three clients in three very different industries, and each one runs on the same MindChain infrastructure," said Dr. Vin Menon, Chief Executive Officer of MindWave Innovations Inc. USA. "Climate credits, match tickets and insurance claims have very little in common, but they all need a record people can trust. That is what we build. Our focus now is delivering these networks on schedule and turning signed agreements into recurring revenue."

Three Networks, Three Industries

AQUAEChain: On Sept. 24, MindWave signed a 12-month technology services agreement with Singapore-based AQUAE Holdings Pte. Ltd. to deploy MindChain as the infrastructure for AQUAEChain, a platform for issuing, verifying, tracking, transferring and retiring ALCI Credits (Aquae Labs Ecosystem Conservation Index). The platform combines a credit registry, environmental data management and a marketplace, and the MindChain issuance ledger records each credit from issuance to retirement. AQUAE leads the methodology, brand and market development. MindWave earns service fees plus an allocation equal to 20% of the ALCI Credits issued and outstanding.

FlashChain: On Sept. 29, MindWave signed a 12-month software development and technology services agreement with New York-based Flash Sports & Media Holdings, Inc. (FLZH) to build and operate FlashChain, a dedicated MindChain subnet that authenticates digital match tickets, sports memorabilia and media assets. MindWave will connect FLZH's FLASHSM streaming application, online ticketing platforms and stadium gate scanners to the network, while FLZH owns FlashChain, its brand and its Digital Asset and Ticketing Ledger. MindWave will receive FLZH common shares and an allocation equal to 20% of the total supply of FLASH TOKEN.

AssureChain: On Oct. 4, MindWave signed a 2-year master agreement with Delaware-based BlockAssure Inc. to build and operate AssureChain, an insurance and reinsurance network that runs as a subnet of MindChain. Contracts, policies, premium and payment entries, reinsurance treaties and claims all run on AssureChain, and a data oracle allows parametric claims to trigger automatically when pre-agreed thresholds are met. MindChain handles settlement and anchors records to Ethereum, and each module will be independently security-audited before production. MindWave is BlockAssure's exclusive blockchain provider for AssureChain and will earn quarterly development fees plus an allocation equal to 20% of the total supply of AssureCoin.

One Infrastructure, a Repeatable Model

All three networks run on the same MindChain infrastructure, so each new client adds activity to a shared platform rather than requiring a separate one. For every network, MindWave handles deployment, operates the validator nodes and provides ongoing technical support, while the client leads its own brand, market and regulatory strategy. Clients get a blockchain network of their own without building the underlying infrastructure themselves.

The model gives MindWave more than one way to benefit from each client's success. Contracted fees or equity provide consideration during the build, and the 20% allocations give MindWave a continuing position in each network it helps create.

Next Steps

For each client network, technical specifications, delivery timelines and acceptance criteria are set out in a statement of work, with development delivered against agreed milestones. MindWave will report progress as each milestone is reached and as each network goes into operation.
