NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / April 10, 2026 / Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. ("ARDC" or the "Fund") (NYSE:ARDC) announced today the declaration of its distribution for the month of April 2026 of $0.1125 per common share, payable as noted below.

The following dates apply to the declared distribution:

Ex-Date: April 20, 2026
Record Date: April 20, 2026
Payable Date: April 30, 2026
Per Share Amount: $0.1125
