LEXINGTON, Ky., March 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kentucky American Water is investing approximately $1.4 million to upgrade critical water infrastructure in Lexington on Lisa Court, from the start of Lisa Court to the end of Lisa Drive, and Allen Drive, from Lisa Court to Judy Lane. This project will also include Faye Circle, Carla Court, Mona Court and Lisa Circle. The company is replacing approximately a half mile of aging water main to help ensure continued reliability, water quality and fire protection for customers. The project will replace 3,300 feet of 2-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch water main that was installed in the 1960s with new 6-inch and 8‑inch ductile iron main.

This investment is part of the company's ongoing commitment to strengthen water infrastructure to support reliable service and consistent water quality over time. By making planned investments in infrastructure, Kentucky American Water helps reduce the likelihood of service interruptions, improves water flows for homes and businesses and supports dependable fire protection for the community.
