First Quarter 2025 Highlights:
- Total net revenues were RMB7.00 billion (US
$965.1 million ), representing an increase of24% year over year.- Advertising revenues were RMB2.00 billion (US
$275.3 million ), representing an increase of20% year over year. - Mobile games revenues were RMB1.73 billion (US

The Company's board of directors (the "Board") approved the separation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee into two distinct committees. Effective from May 20, 2025, the Nomination Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee will each operate under separate charters with defined functions and responsibilities. The Nomination Committee will comprise Mr. JP Gan, Mr. Eric He, Mr. Feng Li and Ms. Ni Li, with Mr. JP Gan serving as chairperson.
