All seven director nominees were successfully elected with strong approval ratings, with Dennis Sykora receiving the highest approval at 99.99% and Trevor Bruno receiving the lowest at 92.69%. The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors with 99.99% support and passed a resolution for unallocated options under the stock option plan with 94.84% approval.
