Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Powered by NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 Systems

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boost Run, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRUN) (“Boost Run” or the “Company”), an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner operating in adherence with NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards, today announced it has signed a five-year AI cloud services agreement with a leading sovereign AI company. The agreement carries a total contract value (TCV) of $525.6 million along with acceptance of the initial infrastructure expected to begin in early Q2 2027. Under the agreement, Boost Run will deliver compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 GPUs, along with network storage and CPU node services.

To date, this contract brings Boost Run’s TCV to over $2.6 billion. This figure represents the total revenue customers have committed to pay over the life of all agreements, where the Company’s signed contracts have upfront payments. Boost Run's non-dilutive financing structure and deep relationships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem position it to scale quickly and provide flexibility to grow.

“This agreement marks an important step in efficiently deploying our financing into contracted revenue. Our ability to deliver NVIDIA GB300 systems to leading AI companies demonstrates the strength and diversification of both our customer base and our GPU fleet, ” said Andrew Karos, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boost Run.

Boost Run plans on continuing to convert its strong pipeline into signed contracts, deploying capacity against contracted demand as the AI compute market continues to expand.

Key Terms

tcv financial
Total Contract Value (TCV) is the full dollar amount of a contract or customer agreement over its entire term, including one-time fees and recurring payments. For investors, TCV gives a quick sense of how much future revenue a company has locked in—like knowing the price of a multi-year subscription rather than just the monthly bill—and helps assess the size and durability of a company’s sales pipeline and growth prospects.
gpu technical
A GPU (graphics processing unit) is a specialized computer chip designed to handle many calculations at once, originally for rendering images and video but now widely used for tasks like artificial intelligence, data analysis and high-performance computing. Investors watch GPU demand and prices because strong sales often signal growth for chip makers and their customers, affect profit margins and capital spending, and can forecast wider trends in gaming, AI adoption and cloud services.
