(NASDAQ: BSVN), the parent company of Oklahoma City-based Bank7 (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared an increase to its quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per common share from the current $0.27 per common share. This dividend represents an 11.11% increase to the current dividend and is the seventh consecutive annual increase in BSVN's quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on October 8, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 18, 2026.
