Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR) announced that its Bitdeer AI business secured a 60MW data center facility at its existing Cyberjaya campus.

The 8-year data center services agreement covers A103, with energization expected in the first quarter of 2028. The addition brings secured AI Cloud capacity to approximately 333.5MW across Malaysia, Norway and the United States, approximately 95% of its target of up to 350MW to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028. Cyberjaya capacity will total approximately 71.5MW. Bitdeer AI estimates its active AI Cloud capacity pipeline exceeds $10 billion and says existing campus infrastructure will shorten the path to energization.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

liquid-cooled, energization
2 terms
liquid-cooled technical
"designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA systems"
A liquid-cooled system uses a circulating fluid (like water or a special coolant) to carry heat away from electronic components or machinery instead of relying on air. For investors, this signals equipment designed for higher performance, tighter temperature control and often greater reliability, but also typically higher upfront cost and potential maintenance needs — much like a car’s radiator versus a basic fan.
energization technical
"with energization expected in the first quarter of 2028"
Energization is the process of supplying electrical power or otherwise activating systems, equipment, or facilities so they can operate. For investors, energization signals a shift from construction or testing into commissioning and operational readiness, affecting timelines for production, revenue, regulatory inspections and safety checks—like flipping the switch that allows a new factory, power line or industrial asset to actually run and be evaluated.

With A103, Bitdeer AI’s secured AI Cloud data center capacity totals approximately 333.5MW of its target of up to 350MW, to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028

SINGAPORE, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bitdeer AI, part of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR) (“Bitdeer AI”), an AI neocloud service provider and preferred NVIDIA Cloud Partner, today announced that it has entered into an 8-year data center services agreement for A103, a 60MW AI Cloud data center facility on the same Cyberjaya, Malaysia campus as its A101 and A102 facilities.

A103 is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA systems, including the next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, with energization expected in the first quarter of 2028. A103 is located on the existing Cyberjaya campus allowing Bitdeer AI to leverage established power, liquid cooling and networking to shorten the path to energization. Together with the A101 and A102 facilities, the Cyberjaya campus will represent approximately 71.5MW of AI Cloud data center capacity.

With the addition of the A103 facility, Bitdeer AI’s secured AI Cloud data center capacity — capacity owned or under an executed data center services agreement — totals approximately 333.5MW across facilities in Malaysia, Norway and the United States, representing approximately 95% of its target of up to 350MW to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028. All megawatt figures in this release refer to critical IT load.

Demand for uncontracted capacity across Bitdeer AI’s AI Cloud sites remains strong. Bitdeer AI’s active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity is estimated to exceed $10 billion.

“We have secured approximately 95% of our up-to-350MW target with the addition of the A103 facility,” said Michael G. Potter, Chief Financial Officer of Bitdeer Technologies Group. “Adding 60MW alongside the A101 and A102 facilities means we benefit from the power, the cooling and the network infrastructure already in place, improving our time-to-market. A103 is also built for the Vera Rubin generation, which is the capacity customers are asking us to reserve for 2028.”
