Bold Ventures (BVLDF) signed a binding LOI for Gold X2 Mining to acquire 38 mining claim units on the west boundary of Bold’s Burchell Property.
The consideration includes C$500,000 in cash, 150,000 Gold X2 shares with a nominal value of about C$1.25 million, and a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on Canadian Critical Minerals (excluding copper) from the 38 claims. Gold X2 may buy back 1% of this NSR for C$1,000,000. The 38 claims, covering roughly 6.5 km², already carry a separate 3% NSR, half of which can be purchased for C$2.5 million. After the sale, the Burchell Project will comprise 204 claim units over about 39.4 km². The transaction remains subject to definitive agreements and TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Seven holes totaling 807 m were drilled. At the Eagle Prospect, hole WC-26-03 intersected 3.96 g/t Au over 2.28 m, including 11.4 g/t Au over 0.69 m, and 1.64 g/t Au over 1.0 m, confirming two gold zones beneath historical trenches. Hole WC-26-04 returned 1.7 g/t Au over 2.15 m and 1.53 g/t Au over 1.0 m, while WC-26-07 cut 1.06 g/t Au over 1.0 m along a southern trend about 100 m across strike from the trenches.
In the Ring of Fire, Bold holds mineral rights including a 10% carried interest in the Black Horse Chromite Deposit and points to the start of access road construction as advancing regional project potential.

Hole TX-26-02 returned an interval of 100.7 g/t gold over 2.95 m, including 0.60 m grading 476 g/t gold, within a quartz vein on the east side of the zone, plus an anomalous zone suggesting a parallel shear. TX-26-01 returned lower-grade anomalous intervals. Upcoming drilling will target the high-grade vein and the newly identified shear zone.

The system was first intersected in March 2026 drilling, where hole BL-26-05A returned 1022 ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) over 55.2 m beneath 55.8 m of overburden in a syenite‑carbonatite host.
Follow-up prospecting identified multiple outcrops and float 2.2–3.2 km east of the discovery hole with >500 ppm TREO, including a peak of 3060 ppm (0.3%) TREO. These anomalous samples show 20–30% Magnet Rare Earth Oxides (MREOs) and elevated Ba and Sr, similar to the drill core. Bold plans ground gravimetric surveys, reinterpretation of 2019 airborne magnetics and extension of hole BL-26-05A to advance this 6 km fertile corridor.
Bold Ventures (TSXV:BOL, OTC:BVLDF) reported final results from its 10‑hole (1,503.5 m) winter‑spring diamond drilling program at the Burchell property, including six holes (834.5 m) in the northwest corner where the Moss Gold Trend from Gold X2 Mining’s adjacent Moss project crosses the property.
Hole BL‑26‑09 on the Moss Trend intersected 0.54 g/t Au over 6.0 m from 20.0 m, including 4.65 g/t Au over 0.57 m, plus broader lower‑grade intervals. The program also highlighted the JET REE system (1,022 ppm TREO over 55.2 m in BL‑26‑05A) and confirmed gold‑copper‑zinc anomalies at the 111 Zone.

Field mapping, sampling and reinterpretation of geophysical, geochemical and mineralogical data will guide the next drill program.
