Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 29, 2025) - Champion Electric Metals Inc. (CSE: LTHM) (OTC Pink: CHELF) (FSE: 1QB0) ("Champion Electric" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into a mining claims acquisition agreement (the "Agreement") dated December 19, 2025, with a non-arm's length party (the "Buyer"), pursuant to which the Buyer will acquire the Company's wholly owned Champion Lithium Project (the "Project"), located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory of Quebec.
As consideration for the Project, the Company shall receive cash payments in the aggregate of USD
