Participation Expands Access to Enterprise Data Storage Resources in Support of Change Agents’ AI-Enabled Autonomous Air Defense and Counter-UAS Strategy

FREEHOLD, N.J., Aug. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Change Agents Corporation (Nasdaq: CHGA) (“Change Agents” or the “Company”), a developer of agentic artificial intelligence (“AI”) software solutions advancing into AI-enabled autonomous air surveillance and air defense counter-unmanned aerial systems (“C-UAS”) technologies, today announced that it has been accepted into the Seagate Partner Program (NASDAQ:STX).

Through its participation in the program, Change Agents gains access to Seagate partner resources, including product information, training, sales and marketing tools, and other resources available through the Seagate partner portal.

The acceptance is expected to expand Change Agents’ engagement with the broader technology ecosystem as the Company works to advance its strategy around artificial intelligence, autonomous surveillance and defense systems, advanced computing, data storage and next-generation counter-UAS technologies.

The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems is driving increasing requirements for data creation, storage, movement and processing. Change Agents believes enterprise-class storage can represent an important component of the infrastructure required to support increasingly data-intensive AI workloads, autonomous platforms and mission-critical computing environments.

Change Agents recently formed Autonomous Air Defense LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary established to pursue opportunities in AI-enabled autonomous drone surveillance and counter-UAS technologies. The Company is evaluating strategic acquisition and partnership opportunities as it seeks to build a broader platform serving the rapidly evolving autonomous surveillance and defense market.

“We believe, joining IDGA and participating in the Counter UAS Summit represent important milestones as we continue executing our strategy to build a meaningful presence in the rapidly evolving autonomous defense market," said Michael Mathews, Director of Change Agents Corp. “As governments and commercial organizations increase investment in AI-powered autonomous defense technologies, we believe engagement with industry leaders, military stakeholders and innovative technology companies is critical to identifying strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities. We view these initiatives as an important step in expanding our industry relationships, evaluating emerging technologies and positioning Change Agents to capitalize on the significant long-term opportunities within the global counter-UAS market."

Participation in the Seagate Partner Program complements these efforts by providing Change Agents access to resources from a global provider of mass-capacity data storage technology as the Company evaluates infrastructure and technology solutions that may support its expanding AI and autonomous defense initiatives.

Membership in the Seagate Partner Program does not, by itself, establish Change Agents as an Authorized Reseller or agent of Seagate or any of its affiliates and most AI developers that apply for the program are accepted.
