This nonprofit has expanded its services to financially assist veteran homeowners facing foreclosure with the grant investment. All assisted households receive direct referrals to the supportive services they need to sustain stability.
- Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard. Based in
Pittsburgh , grant funding helped the nonprofit improve wraparound services by leasing vehicles for case managers to meet veterans where they are with crucial, on-the-ground support. Additionally, the funding provides financial assistance for almost 200 veterans, covering costs such as security deposits and rent.
