(NASDAQ: CJET) (the “Company”) today announced that it has received a notification letter (“Compliance Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) dated November 17, 2025, informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth under the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (“Minimum Bid Price Requirement”).

As previously announced, the Company was notified by Nasdaq on October 15, 2025 that the Company’s ordinary shares failed to maintain a minimum bid price of US$1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days.
