In 2024, Superior worked with 759 community partners, participated in 2,200 events and presentations, and contributed $1.2 million in grants, sponsorships, and employee donations to further Superior's mission of transforming the health of the communities we serve, one person at a time.

For example, in 2024, Superior funded programs that target non-medical drivers of health to improve access to personal care items and mental health resources through these initiatives:

  • Hygiene Closets. Superior donated $145,000 to support 20 hygiene closets, which are stocked with personal care items, laundry baskets, detergents and other necessities. Since 2020, Superior has provided more than $600,000 to launch and support these closets across Texas.
  • Virtual Care. To continue supporting Uvalde, Superior announced an investment of $250,000 to ensure all Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District students have access to virtual care through Hazel Health.
  • Community Events. Superior worked with local movie theaters to offer sensory-friendly movies for families affected by autism and sensory processing disorders. Since 2018, Superior has donated more than $80,000 to offer these movies at no cost to attendees.
