CNH's construction brands have secured two prestigious Good Design Awards for their innovative electric equipment designs. The CASE 580EV Electric Backhoe Loader, the industry's first production-ready electric backhoe loader, and the New Holland Construction W40X Electric Power compact wheel loader were both recognized by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design.

The CASE 580EV features electric blue decaling, ergonomic controls, an 8-inch touch screen, and advanced safety features including adjustable strobe lights. The New Holland W40X showcases a 'Clean Blue' design with the brand's iconic leaf symbol, emphasizing alternative propulsion technology.

These awards validate CNH's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and productivity in the construction equipment sector, demonstrating the company's ability to combine aesthetic excellence with functional engineering.

CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNH) has launched an innovative AI-powered chatbot called CNH AI Tech Assistant to enhance dealer support services. The tool is currently operational across more than 300 authorized agriculture and construction dealer groups in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, with plans for global expansion.

The AI Tech Assistant simulates conversations to provide diagnosis and repair plans for CNH brand machines, helping dealer technicians save time on repairs through quick and accurate technical responses. Developed with dealer feedback, this first-of-its-kind tool aims to simplify repair processes, improve uptime, and enhance customer satisfaction.

CNH (NYSE: CNH) has appointed Luis Abreu as Chief Information Officer (CIO), joining the company's Global Leadership Team (GLT). Abreu brings over 20 years of experience with CNH and its predecessor companies, having started his IT career at Iveco in 2005 and most recently serving as Acting CIO since August 2024.

CEO Gerrit Marx expressed confidence in Abreu's ability to advance CNH's IT organization, citing his extensive global and regional expertise. The Case IH brand won awards for: the Axial-Flow 260 series combines with integrated technology; C500 series corn heads; Large Square Baler Automation controls; Quadtrac Heavy-Duty Suspension system; Model Year 2025 Magnum tractors with APM2 technology; and the Modular Tramline System for the Early Riser 2160 planter.

New Holland secured awards for: the IntelliSense™ Bale Automation system with SmartSteer™ and IntelliCruise II™; the CropSpeed Monitoring System for FR Forage Cruiser harvesters; and the UltraFeed™ Pickup head with 13-foot working width.

CNH brands, CASE Construction Equipment and New Holland, have been featured in the CSR Good Book for their corporate social responsibility initiatives. New Holland's Sustainable Environment Solution project, focusing on straw management, and CASE India's Hunar & LEAD projects, centered on youth skill development training, were highlighted in the publication.

The book also included profiles of key CNH personnel including India Sales Director Sandeep Gupta, CASE Marketing Director Puneet Vidyarthi, and CSR India Lead Kavita Sah. CNH's India CSR lead, Kavita Sah, has been awarded the Mahatma Award for Leadership in CSR and Social Impact 2024 for her contributions as a CSR leader. The award ceremony took place at the India International Centre and was featured in the Economic Times. The Mahatma Award recognizes global impact leaders and changemakers driving social impact and sustainability initiatives. Since 2017, the award has acknowledged over 600 organizations and leaders across various sectors.

CNH (NYSE: CNH) announces strategic leadership changes in its Agriculture business for North America and EMEA regions, effective early 2025. Scott Harris, current Global Brand President of Case IH and STEYR, will become President, North America on January 1, 2025, replacing Vilmar Fistarol who steps down after 34 years. Markus Müller, former executive at DEUTZ AG, will join as President, EMEA on March 1, 2025, succeeding Carlo Alberto Sisto.

These appointments aim to capitalize on market opportunities and prepare for an agricultural cycle upswing. Stefano Pampalone will serve as interim EMEA President until Müller's arrival. CNH's construction brand CASE Construction Equipment unveiled a special edition CASE TV450B compact track loader inspired by Metallica frontman James Hetfield at the Helping Hands charity concert on December 13. The custom-designed loader, commissioned by Hetfield, features design elements inspired by his tattoos, band graphics, and personal style, including a skull with wings motif and sandy camouflage pattern matching his Snakebyte electric guitar.

The design was created by CNH designer John Piper and brought to life by Senior Designer Darin Weisensel at the CASE production facility in Wichita. The TV450B is primarily used for digging, loading and dumping in construction and landscaping activities. The machine will be used at Hetfield's ranch following its debut.

New Holland Construction, a CNH brand, served as an official sponsor of the Red Bull Los Andes race in Chile. The event, featuring over 200 of the world's top riders competing in the Andes Mountains, showcased New Holland's construction equipment in prominent roles. The brand's yellow excavators formed the starting arch, while skid steers and backhoes demonstrated their capabilities during the event.

Through SKC, New Holland's official Chilean distributor, the company reinforced its commitment to extreme sports and community engagement.
