Poli, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will retire in the first quarter of 2027 after a 40-year career in financial services, including the past 20 years at Cohen & Steers. Brian W. Heller, Deputy General Counsel, will succeed Mr. Poli and join the firm's Executive Committee.
