(NASDAQ: CRVO), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing treatments for age-related brain disorders (CervoMed or the Company), today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules for the purchase and sale of 2,500,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $4.00 per share.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.

The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering were $10 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
