CrowdStrike (CRWD) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fiddler AI, adding agent observability and explainability to its Falcon platform. The purchase price is contemplated to be paid predominantly in cash, with a portion delivered as stock subject to vesting conditions. CrowdStrike expects the proposed acquisition to close during Q4 FY27, subject to customary closing conditions.
Fiddler is planned to be sold within Falcon as Falcon Observe, generally available in Q4 FY27. CrowdStrike plans to use Fiddler to evaluate agents before deployment, monitor their behavior in production and explain their decisions. The planned addition complements Falcon Guardian: Guardian secures agents against attack and misuse, while Fiddler validates whether they behaved as intended. The combined offering is intended to connect agent behavior with Falcon identity, cloud and runtime intelligence.
CrowdStrike (CRWD) introduced an AI Kill Switch in Falcon Guardian and announced additional controls for securing enterprise AI agents. The kill switch is available at the Gateway; endpoint support is planned. Guardian combines agent-level controls, endpoint network inspection and endpoint protection. The AI Gateway is now generally available and included with Guardian. Endpoint network inspection is generally available for Windows, while Mac support is in early access. Identity-aware controls are planned to authorize agent access.
CrowdStrike also intends to acquire Fiddler AI. The company expects the acquisition to add agent observability capabilities to evaluate agents before deployment and explain their actions.
CrowdStrike (CRWD) introduced the AI Kill Switch in Falcon Guardian, giving security teams a human-controlled way to stop AI agents. The feature is available today. It lets an authorized administrator stop an agent, prevent it from restarting on a targeted host or host group, and cut off its enterprise network access.
CrowdStrike describes agent termination as operating first at the Gateway, with endpoint termination coming soon. The control builds on Falcon Guardian’s existing agent discovery, policy enforcement and attack detection capabilities. Every administrator-triggered action is recorded in an audit trail.
CrowdStrike (CRWD) and Dell Technologies announced an integrated security solution for enterprise customers using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA. The offering combines CrowdStrike Falcon security with Dell AI infrastructure and services and NVIDIA accelerated computing.

NVIDIA OpenShell secure runtime is integrated today, with integrations of NVIDIA Sentry and NVIDIA BlueField-4 DPUs planned. In Q2 FY27, deal value across AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft marketplaces exceeded $600 million, up more than 30% year-over-year.
CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced a multi-million-dollar Falcon Flex commitment from Ignition Technology to expand cybersecurity access for European smaller businesses.
The commitment was made in Q1 FY27 and supports SMB and mid-market customers through managed service providers and managed security service providers. Ignition Technology is also making Falcon IQ security assessments available to its partner ecosystem through Project QuiltWorks.

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) and Deloitte Spain expanded their cybersecurity collaboration into AI-powered risk advisory using CrowdStrike's Falcon IQ platform.
The collaboration connects risk assessment and security planning with implementation and ongoing operations. Falcon IQ supports Deloitte's advisory work by providing a quantitative view of exploitable risk. Implementation services include migrations to Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, a security information and event management system. The joint offering combines Falcon Cloud Security with 24/7 threat hunting, managed detection and response, and dedicated support. Its coverage includes cloud workloads, containers and GPU clusters, with managed services spanning investigation, containment and remediation. CoreWeave also provides the AI platform supporting training and inference—the running of trained models—for CrowdStrike SafeMind, its family of security models and harnesses.
Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) and CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced a partnership connecting their observability and cybersecurity platforms through three available integrations.
The integrations link CrowdStrike Falcon with Dynatrace’s AI Observability platform and log management capabilities. They enable searches across Dynatrace data without moving it, combine endpoint security data with application and infrastructure insights, and support log and telemetry routing through Bindplane by Dynatrace. The companies say the partnership is intended to accelerate investigations, reduce data costs and give customers greater control over their data.
