(NYSE: CSW) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, representing an increase of $0.03 per share, or approximately 11%, from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on May 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 24, 2026.
