The Nasdaq Capital Market is a platform where smaller, emerging companies can list their shares for trading by investors. It provides these companies with access to funding and visibility, helping them grow, much like a local marketplace where new vendors can introduce their products to potential customers. For investors, it offers opportunities to discover early-stage companies with growth potential.

HIGH POINT, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Culp, Inc., a leading provider of fabrics for bedding and upholstery fabrics for residential, commercial, and hospitality furniture and other applications, today announced it will voluntarily transfer its stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”). We anticipate a seamless transition for our shareholders and would, of course, like to thank the NYSE for its partnership over the last three decades of our journey as a publicly traded company."
