NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- InfraBridge, a division of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG), today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power (“IATP”) to funds of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC.

IATP is a large-scale, diversified portfolio of 11 power infrastructure assets representing approximately 5.4 GW of generation capacity across North America. The assets are owned in partnership with Invenergy. Invenergy will retain its existing 50% ownership interest and operational role in IATP.
