Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Digital Currency X Technology (Nasdaq: DCX) signed an investment and exclusive commercialization agreement with Whales AI for its AI-powered education robotics platform.

DCX agreed to an initial US$4 million investment, subject to the agreement's terms and conditions, to support platform development, artificial intelligence model optimization and North American localization. The agreement gives DCX exclusive rights to market, sell and commercially operate the platform throughout North America, subject to its terms. Commercialization revenue will be shared 60% to DCX and 40% to Whales AI, as determined under the agreement.

DCX may consider up to US$16 million in additional investment, depending on development progress, commercialization milestones and mutual agreement. This is not a binding funding commitment and would require separate definitive agreements.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

NEW YORK, Oct. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital Currency X Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: DCX) (“DCX” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a Strategic Investment and Exclusive Commercialization Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Whales AI Limited (“Whales AI”), marking a further step in the strategic cooperation previously announced by the parties to advance the commercialization of Whales AI's AI-powered STEM education robotics platform (the “Platform”) in North America.

Under the Agreement, DCX has agreed to provide an initial strategic investment of US$4 million, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, to support the continued development of the Platform, including the optimization of its underlying artificial intelligence models and localization for the North American market. Revenue from the commercialization of the Platform will be shared on a 60/40 basis, with 60% allocated to DCX and 40% to Whales AI, as calculated and determined in accordance with the Agreement.

The Agreement also establishes a framework for potential future investment and expanded cooperation. Subject to the Platform's development progress, commercialization milestones, and further mutual agreement, DCX may consider additional investments of up to US$16 million. Any such additional investment will be subject to separate definitive agreements between the parties and will not constitute a binding funding commitment under the current Agreement.

The Company believes that the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence in education presents significant opportunities for AI-powered educational robotics and personalized learning solutions. By combining Whales AI's technology development capabilities with DCX's planned commercialization efforts in North America, the strategic cooperation is expected to create opportunities for the Company to expand into new business areas, develop potential long-term revenue streams, and support future business growth.

DCX looks forward to participating in the evolving AI education market through this strategic cooperation and continuing to explore the long-term growth potential of AI-driven commercial applications.
