(“Dragonfly Energy” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DFLI), an industry leader in energy storage and battery technology, today, announced today that it will effect a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock. The Company’s stockholders approved the reverse stock split by a majority of the votes cast at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on October 15, 2025, to be effected in the discretion of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) at a ratio of not less than 1-for-2 and not more than 1-for-50 (the “Reverse Stock Split Proposal”).
