Diamond Hill Investment Group (Nasdaq: DHIL) announced on October 29, 2025 the appointment of Diane Nordin, CFA, to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Nordin will be one of six independent directors on the eight-member Board and will serve on the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. She brings more than 40 years of financial services experience, including roles at Wellington Management, Fidelity and Putnam, and currently serves on the boards of Antares Capital, Principal Financial Group, Wellington Trust Company, and as trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation.

Ms. Nordin currently serves on the board of directors of Antares Capital, Principal Financial Group, Wellington Trust Company and is a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
