otcqb financial
OTCQB is a tier of the over‑the‑counter (OTC) market where smaller or developing companies list their shares for trading without being on a major stock exchange. Think of it like a well‑kept side street market: companies must meet basic reporting and transparency checks so investors get more information than the lowest OTC tier, but trading is usually less liquid and riskier than on big exchanges. Investors care because OTCQB listings can offer early access to growth stories but come with higher price swings and greater chance of limited resale options.
depository trust company financial
A central securities depository that holds stocks, bonds and other securities in electronic form and handles the transfer and finalizing of trades between brokerages. For investors it acts like a secure electronic vault and central bookkeeping hub that speeds transactions, reduces the chance of lost or duplicated certificates, and determines whether holdings are eligible for trading, dividends and other corporate actions through your broker.
validator infrastructure technical
Validator infrastructure is the network of computers and systems that verify and confirm transactions or data within a digital system, such as a blockchain. It functions like a group of trusted judges who ensure everything is accurate and legitimate before it becomes part of the official record. For investors, this infrastructure is crucial because it underpins the security, reliability, and integrity of the digital environment they are investing in.
attestations technical
Attestations are formal statements or confirmations that certain facts, processes, financial figures, or controls are accurate and have been checked, often supported by documentation or an independent reviewer. For investors they matter because attestations act like a trusted receipt or a third‑party check on a company’s claims — helping reduce uncertainty about financial health, regulatory compliance, and management credibility, which can influence investment decisions and market reactions.
proof-of-stake (pos) technical
Proof-of-stake (PoS) is a method a blockchain uses to decide who gets to add new blocks and confirm transactions, where the chance to be chosen is tied to how many tokens a participant locks up or “stakes.” For investors, PoS matters because staking can generate predictable rewards and affects a token’s supply dynamics, network security, energy use, and centralization risk — similar to earning interest by locking money in an account while helping run the system.
proof-of-work (pow) technical
A proof-of-work system is the way some digital ledgers decide which participant gets to add the next batch of transactions by making computers compete to solve hard math puzzles—think of it like a lottery where the winner proves they spent a lot of computing effort. It matters to investors because it affects how new tokens are created, the network’s security and resilience to attacks, operational costs (notably energy use), and therefore the long-term supply, value stability, and regulatory or environmental scrutiny of the asset.
treasury operations financial
Treasury operations involve managing a company's cash flow, investments, and financial risks to ensure it has enough funds to meet its needs while optimizing the use of its financial resources. Think of it as the company's financial engine room, making sure money is available when needed and working effectively. This function is important to investors because it helps maintain the company’s financial stability and supports long-term growth.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Republic Technologies Inc. (CSE: DOCT) (FSE: 7FM0) (WKN: A41AYF) (OTCQB: DOCKF) (“Republic” or the “Company”), a publicly traded technology company, is pleased to announce that its common shares will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the “OTCQB”) in the United States under the ticker symbol DOCKF on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The Company’s common shares are now also fully eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company (DTC). The Company’s common shares continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the symbol DOCT.

The OTCQB listing represents a meaningful step forward in the Company’s long-term capital markets strategy, increasing visibility and participation among U.S. investors.

Expanding Access to U.S. Investors

Trading on the OTCQB enhances Republic’s reach to a broader pool of U.S. retail and institutional investors. The Company’s OTCQB listing is expected to support greater trading convenience and open the door to future capital-market initiatives in the United States.

“Listing on the OTCQB with DTC Eligibility elevates our presence in the world’s largest capital market,” said Daniel Liu, CEO of Republic Technologies. “This milestone strengthens our ability to connect with the international investment community and broaden our shareholder base.”

Corporate Model

Republic’s corporate model integrates treasury operations with blockchain infrastructure. The Company acquires and locks its ETH holdings into validator infrastructure to generate attestations, which are cryptographic signatures that confirm the validity of data moving through the blockchain. Each node requires 32 ETH to be activated, and thus ETH holdings grow proportionally with infrastructure deployment.

This model is enabled by Ethereum’s 2022 Proof-of-Stake (PoS) upgrade, which fundamentally changed how the Ethereum blockchain operates compared to its legacy Proof-of-Work (PoW) model. Previously under the PoW model, participants had to rely on costly, energy-intensive mining hardware. With the PoS model, however, Ethereum’s security and operations are tied directly to deployed ETH and software systems, making the infrastructure both more efficient and environmentally sustainable.

The Company believes this approach creates significant strategic advantages. By avoiding dependence on heavy equipment and physical facilities, the business can operate in an asset-light manner, minimizing overhead and reducing operational risks. This allows resources to be directed toward innovation and growth rather than being tied up in costly physical infrastructure. Another key strength lies in liquidity and resilience. ETH is a liquid asset with potential for value appreciation, giving the Company the flexibility to navigate market downturns or volatility more effectively than businesses constrained by illiquid physical assets.

Taken together, the Company’s business model represents a modern, software-driven alternative to traditional capital-intensive infrastructure. This positions the Company to remain nimble and efficient, with the potential to capture the long-term value of Ethereum’s evolving technology.

Strategic Positioning Amid Market Volatility

Republic continues to operate from a position of strength despite broader market conditions. By combining an ETH-backed treasury, validator infrastructure operations, and attestation services, the Company aims to build a triple-engine growth model designed to generate diversified revenue streams while maintaining risk-disciplined exposure to the broader technological ecosystem.
