Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Dogness (NASDAQ: DOGZ) received a Nasdaq notice on October 19, 2026, that it does not meet the minimum bid price requirement. Its Class A common shares closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. The notice has no immediate effect on the listing, and trading continues uninterrupted.

Dogness has 180 calendar days, until April 19, 2027, to regain compliance. The closing bid must reach at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, although Nasdaq may require a longer period, generally no more than 20 consecutive business days. If compliance is not restored by the deadline, Dogness may qualify for an additional 180-calendar-day period. The company intends to monitor its bid price and may consider available options.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

This press release is issued pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(b), which requires prompt disclosure of receipt of a deficiency notification. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until April 19, 2027 (the "Compliance Period"), to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement. If at any time during the Compliance Period, the closing bid price per share of the Company's Class A common shares is at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, Nasdaq will provide the Company with a written confirmation of compliance and the matter will be closed, although Nasdaq may, in its discretion, require the Company to satisfy the requirement for a longer period, generally no more than 20 consecutive business days.

In the event the Company does not regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement by April 19, 2027, the Company may be eligible for an additional 180-calendar-day compliance period.
