DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Aug. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Leistung Engineering Pvt. Ltd. ("Leistung"), which will become part of OPW Fluid Transfer Solutions within Dover's Clean Energy & Fueling segment following the closing of the deal.
