Key Terms

dual-listing, rsus, warrants
3 terms
dual-listing financial
"to become dual-listed for trade on both the Nasdaq and TASE markets"
A dual-listing is when a company’s shares are traded on two different stock exchanges, often in different countries, so the same ownership stake can be bought or sold in more than one marketplace. It matters to investors because it makes shares easier to buy and sell and can attract more buyers, like offering the same product in two busy stores; however, it can also introduce extra rules, currency swings and price differences between the two markets.
rsus financial
"namely warrants or options and RSUs granted by the Company"
RSUs, or restricted stock units, are a form of company shares given to employees as part of their compensation. They are typically awarded with certain restrictions, such as a waiting period before they can be fully owned or sold, similar to earning a gift that becomes fully yours over time. For investors, RSUs can impact a company's stock offerings and reflect how much the company relies on stock-based incentives to attract and retain talent.
warrants financial
"underlying outstanding securities convertible into ordinary shares"
Warrants are special documents that give you the right to buy a company's stock at a set price before a certain date. They are often used as a way for companies to attract investors or raise money, and their value can increase if the company's stock price goes up.

About Alpha Tau Medical Ltd.

Founded in 2016, Alpha Tau is an Israeli oncology therapeutics company that focuses on research, development, and potential commercialization of the Alpha DaRT for the treatment of solid tumors. The technology was initially developed by Prof. Itzhak Kelson and Prof. Yona Keisari from Tel Aviv University.

About Alpha DaRT®

Alpha DaRT (Diffusing Alpha-emitters Radiation Therapy) is designed to enable highly potent and conformal alpha-irradiation of solid tumors by intratumoral delivery of radium-224 impregnated sources. When the radium decays, its short-lived daughters are released from the sources and disperse while emitting high-energy alpha particles with the goal of destroying the tumor. Since the alpha-emitting atoms diffuse only a short distance, Alpha DaRT aims to mainly affect the tumor, and to spare the healthy tissue around it.
