(BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) announces that, in accordance with External Circular 031 of 2021 issued by the Superintendency of Finance of Colombia, it has published the draft chapter on practices, policies, processes and indicators related to social and environmental issues, including climate, which can be consulted in Spanish on Ecopetrol's website.
