(NASDAQ: EDRY, the “Company” or “EuroDry”), an owner and operator of drybulk vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk cargoes, announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024 on August 8, 2024 before market opens in New York.

On the same day, Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company's management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results.
