(NASDAQ: EDRY), an owner and operator of drybulk vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk cargoes, announced today the official results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held at the offices of Seward & Kissel LLP, 1901 L Street NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20036, on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The following proposals were approved by the Company’s shareholders:
- Mr. Aristides J. Pittas, Mr. Anastasios Aslidis, and Mr. Aristides P. Pittas were re-elected as Class C Directors to serve for a term of three years until the Company’s 2029 Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("Proposal One"); and
