Endeavour Mining (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV) has announced the purchase of 22,500 of its ordinary shares through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited on September 29, 2025. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 3,065.66 to 3,138.00 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 3,090.25 GBp.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, Endeavour will have 241,377,712 ordinary shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. This share repurchase is part of the company's buyback programme announced on March 20, 2025.

London, 30 September 2025 – Endeavour Mining plc (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV) (“the Company”) announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each from Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the Company will have no ordinary shares in treasury and 241,377,712 ordinary shares in issue. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
