Excelerate Energy Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Excelerate Energy, Inc. (the “Company” or “Excelerate”) (NYSE: EE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend, with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2025, of $0.08 per share of Class A common stock, representing an approximately 33% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2025, to Class A common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 20, 2025.

Excelerate Energy Limited Partnership, the Company’s operating subsidiary, will make a corresponding distribution of $0.08 per interest to holders of its Class B limited partnership interests on the same date of the dividend payment.

The dividend increase follows the Company’s acquisition of the integrated LNG and power platform in Jamaica, which expanded its global footprint and strengthened its base of contracted, recurring cash flows. While growth continues to be Excelerate’s top capital allocation priority, the Company remains committed to returning capital to shareholders. With even greater confidence in its forward cash flow outlook following the Jamaica acquisition, Excelerate is now targeting a low double-digit annual dividend growth rate commencing in 2026 and continuing through 2028.
