Expanded Excelerate’s asset portfolio with the acquisition of a fully integrated LNG-to-power platform in
Jamaica . Following Hurricane Melissa, the Company worked with government and community partners to support disaster relief and the restoration of essential services. -
Advanced infrastructure and technology initiatives, including finalizing construction of the newbuild FSRU Excelerate Acadia and implementing upgrades on floating terminals from
Finland toDubai to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, generate cost savings, and meet regulatory requirements. - Strengthened safety management and performance, including updates to safety procedures, improvements to the safety observation program, and the redesign of the Company’s global Management of Change process. In 2025, Excelerate’s lost time injury frequency and total recordable case frequency were both below their respective targets.

Invested in workforce development and retention across a global team of 1,046 colleagues. Excelerate maintained a
97% retention rate among both seafarers and onshore employees while expanding training, leadership development, and employee well-being initiatives. -
Supported locally informed community programs focused on education, health, environmental stewardship, and disaster relief. In 2025, these efforts included education and workforce development programs across
Jamaica ,Bangladesh ,Argentina ,Brazil , andthe United States , as well as employee-led environmental initiatives across six countries.
