Elicio Therapeutics to Host Virtual KOL Event on November 11, 2026: ELI-002 7P for Metastatic and Neoadjuvant PDAC
AMPLIFY-7P missed its primary endpoint; Elicio expects further analyses to inform its refined Phase 3 development strategy.
Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.
Rhea-AI Summary
Elicio Therapeutics (Nasdaq: ELTX) will host a virtual expert event on November 11, 2026, to discuss its pancreatic cancer immunotherapy program. The event starts at 2:30 PM ET, with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center oncologists Eileen M. O’Reilly and Kevin C. Soares joining management.
Topics include investigational camupepimut (ELI-002 7P), Phase 2 findings and an ongoing Phase 1 trial in treatment before surgery. The randomized AMPLIFY-7P Phase 2 study enrolled 144 patients and did not meet its primary disease-free survival endpoint in the full randomized population. Elicio plans to present additional pre-specified analyses at ESMO Congress 2026 and expects them to inform its refined Phase 3 strategy in pancreatic cancer after initial treatment.
How this balance works
Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.
It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.
Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

About the AMPLIFY-7P Phase 2 Study
AMPLIFY-7P is a randomized Phase 2 study evaluating camupepimut (ELI-002 7P) versus observation in patients with mKRAS-driven PDAC following completion of standard therapy. The study enrolled 144 patients across 24 U.S. clinical sites.
While the study did not meet its pre-specified primary disease-free survival (“DFS”) endpoint in the intent-to-treat population, subsequent analyses have provided important insights into the clinical and biological activity of camupepimut and informed the Company’s continued evaluation of the program.
At ESMO Congress 2026, Elicio will present new pre-specified analyses from AMPLIFY-7P that provide additional insights into the potential clinical benefit ofcamupepimut and are expected to further inform the Company’s refined Phase 3 development strategy in adjuvant pancreatic cancer.
About camupepimut (ELI-002 7P)
Camupepimut is an investigational, off-the-shelf immunotherapy designed to generate immune responses against seven of the most common KRAS mutations. Camupepimut utilizes Elicio’s proprietary AMP technology to target mutant KRAS peptide antigens and an immune-stimulatory adjuvant directly to the lymph nodes, where adaptive immune responses are orchestrated.
About Elicio Therapeutics
Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELTX) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing next-generation immunotherapies for the treatment of KRAS-driven cancers, including mKRAS-positive pancreatic and colorectal cancers. Elicio intends to build on recent clinical findings in the personalized cancer immunotherapy space to develop effective, off-the-shelf immunotherapies.
Elicio’s AMP technology aims to enhance the education, activation and amplification of cancer-specific T cells relative to conventional immunotherapy strategies, with the goal of promoting durable cancer immunosurveillance in patients. Elicio’s camupepimut lead program is an off-the-shelf immunotherapy candidate targeting the most common KRAS mutations, which drive approximately
Off-the-shelf immunotherapy approaches have the potential benefits of low cost, rapid, commercial-scale manufacturing and rapid availability of drug to patients, especially in neoadjuvant settings and for prophylaxis in high-risk patients, contrary to personalized immunotherapy approaches.
Elicio’s pipeline includes additional off-the-shelf therapeutic cancer immunotherapy candidates, including ELI-007 and ELI-008, which target BRAF-driven cancers and p53 hotspot mutations, respectively.
