VIVIFY Technology Signs Letter of Intent to Power Evolution Metals & Technologies' Rare Earth Magnet Operations with Behind-the-Meter Hydrogen Energy

The letter marks VIVIFY's first announced commitment with a publicly traded company, while manufacturing is scheduled for January 2027.

Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

VIVIFY Technology signed a letter of intent with Evolution Metals & Technologies (EMAT) to deploy hydrogen power supporting its manufacturing operations.

The proposed deployment would provide behind-the-meter power, generated on site rather than supplied through the grid, for Evolution's rare earth magnet and critical materials operations. Evolution is scaling magnet production capacity to approximately 10,000 metric tons annually and developing an integrated U.S. industrial campus. The letter marks VIVIFY's first announced commitment with a publicly traded company. VIVIFY's manufacturing in Jupiter, Florida, is scheduled to begin in January 2027.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

"to deploy behind-the-meter hydrogen power supporting EM&T's rare earth magnet"
Equipment or systems located on a customer’s side of the electricity meter—such as rooftop solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle chargers, or energy controls—that generate, store, or manage power for use on-site rather than being supplied through the utility’s grid. Investors care because behind-the-meter assets change how much power a customer buys, can create new revenue or savings streams, affect demand patterns, and shift regulatory or business models in the energy market, much like a homeowner installing their own water tank reduces municipal supply needs.

Florida hydrogen energy company to supply modular, grid-independent power to Nasdaq-listed critical materials manufacturer

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- VIVIFY Technology, a hydrogen energy company headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. ("EM&T") (Nasdaq: EMAT) to deploy behind-the-meter hydrogen power supporting EM&T's rare earth magnet and critical materials operations. The agreement puts VIVIFY's hydrogen platforms to work for one of the most strategically important supply chains in the country, and it does so without waiting on the legacy grid.

David Wilcox, Executive Chairman of the Board of EM&T and Jason Herring, Founder and CEO of VIVIFY Technology

Rare earth permanent magnets drive electric vehicles, medical imaging equipment, and defense systems. Miami-headquartered EM&T is building a non-China supply chain for them, scaling magnet production capacity to approximately 10,000 metric tons annually and developing a fully integrated U.S. industrial campus. That work runs on power, and large blocks of reliable power have become one of the hardest inputs for advanced manufacturers to secure.

VIVIFY has engineered its platforms for exactly that constraint. The Flying Pig™, VIVIFY's containerized hydrogen power unit, delivers up to 1MW per container and scales by adding modules. Water is the primary fuel input, output is 99% emission-free, and no ongoing fuel resupply is required. Rather than waiting on a single large installation or a utility interconnection timeline, capacity is added container by container as each phase of production comes online. The Flying Pig™ joins the flagship Hydrogen Oxygen Generator™ (HOG™) and the Clean Air Technology™ (CAT™) five-stage emissions control system in the VIVIFY Arsenal.

The agreement marks VIVIFY's first announced commitment with a publicly traded company and a direct application of its platforms to American manufacturing and national defense supply chains.

"Every serious manufacturer in this country is asking the same question right now: where does the power come from? EM&T is rebuilding one of the most important supply chains America has. Our job is to make sure power is never the thing that slows them down," said Jason Herring, Founder and CEO of VIVIFY Technology. "The engineering is done. Now it goes to work."

VIVIFY's corporate office and lab are based in Delray Beach, Florida, with manufacturing in Jupiter, Florida, scheduled to begin in January 2027.
