Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Prescription-only access through licensed clinicians and U.S. licensed pharmacies begins today

Quality-tested ingredients, trained prescribing clinicians and defined clinical protocols

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enhanced Group Inc. (NYSE: ENHA) (“Enhanced” or the “Company”) today announced that, beginning today, it provides eligible consumers safe and medically supervised access to six peptides through licensed clinicians on the Live Enhanced telehealth platform, following the policy announced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on October 28, 2026.

Enhanced’s existing peptide offering of GHK-Cu and Sermorelin is now complemented by BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax.

All six peptides are available by prescription only, after an individual evaluation by a licensed clinician.

Built on Quality and Clinical Standards

Enhanced’s peptide offering is designed around the following standards:

  • Prescription only. Every peptide is prescribed by a licensed clinician after reviewing the individual’s health history and goals. If a peptide is not appropriate, it is not prescribed.
  • Trained clinicians, defined protocols. Prescribing clinicians have completed training on these peptides and follow Enhanced’s clinical protocols developed with Enhanced’s medical commission.
  • Compounded in the United States. Each peptide is compounded and dispensed by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy, in the forms and routes the policy permits, one peptide per preparation.
  • Quality-controlled ingredients. Active pharmaceutical ingredients come from FDA-registered, CGMP-compliant manufacturers and are accompanied by certificates of analysis, with identity, purity and quality testing.
  • Ongoing oversight. Clinicians remain involved throughout treatment, and Enhanced monitors outcomes and safety under clinician supervision.

“This is a significant step for Live Enhanced and for Enhanced as a company. Our customers have been asking for clinician-led access to these peptides, and we now have the clinical protocols, pharmacy partners and platform to offer it responsibly. It deepens what Live Enhanced offers every member, and it positions us well as the regulatory picture develops. We believe the right way to grow in this category is with medical supervision by licensed clinicians, regulated pharmacies and quality-controlled ingredients,” said Maximilian Martin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced.

Enhanced intends to refine its protocols with its clinical partners and adjust as the evidence and regulatory landscape develop. FDA rulemaking on the 503A bulk drug substances list is ongoing, and the advisory committee is expected to review additional peptides in February 2027. Enhanced may expand access if and as regulators act.

Key Terms

active pharmaceutical ingredients medical
The active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is the specific chemical or biological substance in a medicine that produces the intended health effect — the ‘engine’ that treats, prevents or diagnoses a condition. Investors watch APIs because they determine a drug’s cost, quality, regulatory approval and patent protection; shortages, manufacturing problems or competition at the API level can directly affect a drug maker’s sales and valuation.
cgmp-compliant regulatory
cGMP-compliant means a manufacturer follows the current Good Manufacturing Practices required by regulators to ensure products are made safely, consistently and with documented quality controls. For investors, cGMP compliance is like a certified clean kitchen and recipe book for a company’s manufacturing: it reduces the risk of product contamination, regulatory sanctions or recalls, supports reliable supply and can be essential for getting and keeping market approvals.
503a bulk drug substances list regulatory
A regulatory list tied to section 503A of the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that identifies bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients traditional compounding pharmacies are allowed to use when making patient-specific compounded medications without each drug having full FDA approval. It matters to investors because inclusion or exclusion affects a pharmacy’s legal ability to compound and a supplier’s market opportunity—like a restaurant’s menu determining what dishes it can legally prepare.
