The Commandant’s Leadership Award is a prestigious honor, awarded by the MC-LEF to recognize individuals who exemplify outstanding leadership qualities and who have made significant contributions to support the Marine Corps community. Additionally, he has held leadership roles with key professional organizations to advocate for increased access to retirement solutions for all Americans.
