form 10-k regulatory
A Form 10-K is a comprehensive report that publicly traded companies are required to file annually with regulators. It provides a detailed overview of a company's financial health, operations, and risks, similar to a detailed health report. Investors use this information to assess the company's performance and make informed decisions about buying or selling its stock.
proxy statement regulatory
A proxy statement is a document companies send to shareholders ahead of a meeting that lays out the items up for a vote—like who will sit on the board, executive pay, and major corporate decisions—and provides background so shareholders can decide how to cast their votes or appoint someone to vote for them. Think of it as an agenda plus a ballot and briefing notes, important because the outcomes can change control, strategy, and value.

notice and access rules regulatory
Notice and access rules are regulatory procedures that let companies send shareholders a short alert instead of full paper meeting materials, while making the full documents available online. For investors, this affects how and when they receive information needed to vote or make decisions—like getting a brief text pointing to a detailed file online—which can speed delivery and cut costs but requires checking digital materials to stay fully informed.
record date regulatory
The record date is the specific day when a company determines which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or participate in an upcoming vote. It’s like a cutoff date; if you own the stock on that day, you get the benefits or voting rights. This date matters because it decides who qualifies for certain company benefits.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Elastic (NYSE: ESTC) announced the internet availability of proxy materials for its 2026 Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM, Central European Summer Time.

The Elastic annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, and proxy statement for its 2026 Annual General Meeting of shareholders have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and may be viewed on the Elastic website at ir.elastic.co by selecting “Financials,” then “Annual Reports and Proxy Statements.” Shareholders may obtain hard copies of these proxy materials at no charge by emailing ir@elastic.co or writing to our Corporate Secretary at Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Pursuant to the SEC Notice and Access rules, companies may satisfy their obligation to deliver proxy materials by delivering a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (“Notice”) to shareholders, providing internet access to the proxy materials, and providing a printed set of proxy materials by mail to any shareholder who requests them. Elastic has elected to take full advantage of these rules to minimize impact on the environment and to maximize cost savings relating to the printing of the proxy materials.

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 17, 2026, are entitled to vote at the annual meeting. Voting instructions for internet, telephone, mail and in-person options are provided in the proxy materials and in the Notice. Elastic expects to begin mailing the Notice promptly after the September 17, 2026 record date and to complete that mailing within five business days.
