(“EverGen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: EVGN) (OTCQX: EVGIF), today announced plans to release its 2024 second quarter financial results on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, after market close. EverGen will hold a results and corporate update conference call at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 22, 2024, hosted by Chief Executive Officer, Mischa Zajtmann and Chief Financial Officer, Sean Hennessy.

RSU and Stock Options Grant

Pursuant to the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan, on June 17, 2024, the Company granted a total of 69,354 restricted share units (RSUs) and 94,141 stock options to certain executive officers of the Company. Each stock option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $2.21 per share for a seven-year period from the date of the grant and vest annually over a three-year period.
